Had a really great experience with this grooming service. The staff was polite, experienced, and handled my dog with genuine care. They had all the necessary accessories for both pre- and post-grooming, and made sure my pet was comfortable throughout. My dog is a rescue and usually a bit anxious, but she was surprisingly calm and happy with them, which says a lot. Hygiene was well maintained, and everything was cleaned properly after the service. What I appreciated the most was the transparency—they have CCTV in the grooming area, so I could watch my pet the entire time, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Highly recommend their service. I’ll definitely book their services again.
